However diligent the various parties are in handling a claim or completing a repair, complaints do sometimes arise. In general these can be rectified by those already involved. Sometimes misunderstandings do occur and the complaint becomes serious.
Dealing with cases at that stage is one of our fields of expertise. Armed with the relevant details from the file we will meet with the various parties involved, inspect the vehicle if needed, and form a solution. We then aim to get all parties to agree the solution.
Such matters are dealt with on the facts before us from all sources and the matter is reported accordingly. Included in the report is, wherever feasible, our suggested reason for the cause of the complaint and a possible remedy to prevent further occurrences.
